My aim is to support and strengthen you through your own life voyage! We want to acquire clearness of feelings as a basis for wise decisions and powerful actions that will lead you most directly to your desired goals.
This can take place comfortably in your home! I meet you on Zoom or telephone at an individually appointed time. My coaching tools from Somatic Experiencing, NLP, EFT and Kinesiology are suitable for telecommunication. You take care of an undisturbed atmosphere and a suitable medium (Zoom with video camera on, or hand-free telephone arrangement.)
Especially effective is this coaching conversation subsequent to a written symptom- or status analysis double-checked by scientific biological laws as well as kinesiology.
The security of your personal data is guaranteed by my therapeutic commitment to confidentiality which forbids to pass on acquired information to third parts.

Fees
- Symptom analysis using my interactive questionnaire: 60,-€ for the evaluation, feedback and individual suggestions for strategy
- META-coaching via e-mail - I give you feedback, counselling and impulses: 60,-€ for one comprehensive counselling or several (chat-like) shorter mails
- META-coaching via telephone or Zoom - moreover the above, we have the opportunity for personal intervention: 10,- € per 10 min
- Personal META-coaching as home visit in Tenerife, or alongside an event: 120,-€/session à 60-90 min, with guarantee of satisfaction!
